CAST BY WOERFFEL, AFTER THE MODEL BY NIKOLAI LIEBERICH, LATE 19TH CENTURY
On a naturalistic oval base with angular edges, realistically cast as a hunting dog carrying a snipe in its mouth, signed on base in Cyrillic 'Mod[elled] [by] N. Lieberich' and with foundry mark 'Fabr. C.F. Woerffel.'
