the breakarch hood with fret-carved panel to the pagoda top, flanked by brass flambeau urn finials, stop-fluted columns and glazed panels to the sides, break arch trunk door, raised panel with moulded border to the stepped block plinth (section detached to side), the brass dial with foliate scrolling spandrels, signed Will.m Taylor London on a silvered plaque to the matted centre, subsidiary seconds ring and date aperture, the strike/silent ring in the arch with conforming spandrels and matted centre, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement -- 85¾in.
