A Mintons porcelain squirrel nut dish
painted in the majolica style, modelled as a red squirrel perched at the edge of a leaf moulded and shaped dish eating nuts, impressed patent lozenge and date code for 1869, puce printed 'globe' mark -- 26cm. in length (chip to one of the squirrel's ears, slight wear to enamels)
