De forme tubulaire, les bouts dorés arrondis à décor de rinceaux fleuris, l’encrier en bulbe avec une décoration dorée similaire, la couverture serti d'une pierre rouge, tughra du Sultan Mahmud I sur le dessous de l’encrier et sur le bord extérieur du plumier, le dessus du plumier signé, dans un cas de présentation vert, bon état général
