Rectangular, each panel enamelled in light blue over a wavy guilloché ground, within white ribbon-tied champlevé enamelled borders, centring a rose-cut diamond-set flower, applied with green gold laurel swags at each end, suspended from a diamond-set ribbon, enclosing hinged eye-glasses, with a white enamel suspension loop, marked on mounts
