[MEDICAL CETIFICATES] A part engraved, part manuscript document on paper, with arms of the Society of Apothecaries of the City of London at head, dated 21st March 1826, 195 x 150mm., certifying that John Green is qualified to practice as an apothecary, with 12 signatures of examiners at the foot (damaged and repaired in blank area of lower margin, slightly spotted and soiled). With another certificate, dated 5 April 1826, qualifying the same John Green as a surgeon, signed by Everard Home and 8 other surgeons; and a third certificate, dated 15 March 1826, declaring that he has attended the course of lectures in Anatomy and Physiology given by Edward Grainger (repaired).
