Lot Essay

To the best of our knowledge the present lot is fresh to the market. Much to the delight of collectors, reference 3712 was only in production for one year from 2005 to 2006 before being replaced by the new reference 5712. Reference 3712 is a triple complication model featuring a power reserve indicator, date and moon phases. The 3712 was of course made with the same proportions as the original “Jumbo” series, for that reason and the fact that it had such a short production run the 3712 has become another cult watch in the Nautilus series with demand always exceeding supply.
