Exceedingly rare original souvenir pennant issued in promotion of the 1913-14 World Tour of the Chicago White Sox and New York Giants. The tour was organized by Charles Comiskey and John McGraw, with marked significance as the first time that American baseball was played by its star players on foreign soil. The game's greatest stars took part, most notably Christy Mathewson, who is memorialized on the offered pennant.
