De forme rectangulaire verticale, il est orné de six dragons à cinq griffes à la poursuite de la perle enflammée, tous la tête tournée vers la droite dans des médaillons polylobés. Le fond de croisillons géométriques abritant des croix svastika est ponctué de symboles tels que le ruyi, la perle enflammée, la hâche, etc.
