Believed 1920's. The company of Edouard Pernod moved production to Tarragona in 1912 , believing that absinthe would soon be prohibited in France. The recipe remained unchanged until the 1930's when Pernod Fils bought the distillery. For many Absinthe connoisseurs, Edouard Pernod is the finest brand of absinthe of that period. Bottles of Edouard Pernod are extremely rare. 68°. Tape affixed capsule. Faded label. Level: mid-shoulder
