QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The interior is decorated in the center with a writhing, front-faced five-clawed dragon leaping toward a flaming pearl, encircled by two further dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls amidst flower sprigs in the well. The exterior is similarly decorated, and the scalloped mouth rim is outlined in black.
5 ¼ in. (13.3 cm.) diam.
