A LARGE CARVED BAMBOO HANGING VASE AND COVER
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The tapering ovoid body of the vase is carved in relief with key-fret borders around the shoulder and a large band of plantain leaves below. The sides are decorated with a pair of lug handles, and animal masks, connected with interlocking rings.
