Tasting note: Pale lemon gold colour. Rich and complex aromatics with grilled hazelnuts and almonds with notes of mocha and dried apricots with hints of mango and guava. Fine textured mousse with intense flavours of red fruits; strawberry and redcurrants and citrus fruits. Broad and opulent style with phenolic grip and texture - a gastronomic Champagne.
