Two documents, signed: "Nelson and Bronte," memoranda to Captain Thomas, the first of one-page from: "Victory at Sea," 3 January 1805, folio, informing him of the completion of wood, water and supplies at Madalena and ordering him to inform other ships (worn at centre fold); the second of 2-pages from: "Victory Gulph Palma," 30 March 1805, requiring Captain Thomas to acquaint other vessels of the squadron's whereabouts, and to join him on the Fleet's return from Pula (worn at centre fold).
