Tasting note: Rich honeyed nose of Madeira cake and fudge tones. Intense.
Quite unctuous start of taste, fresh mid palette prevailing with concentrated aromas. A strong backbone of aged acidity and red grapefruits. This high quality Verdelho has been aged for a long time and undergone a concentration in cask which presents itself magnificently on the impressive after taste. Tasted April 2019. Edwin Vos
