The first named book Reminiscences and Recollections, by Katherine Mansfield's father, has an inscription from the editor, Guy Schofield, on the front free endpaper: "Only 124 copies of this volume were printed. G. H. Schofield collaborated with Sir Harold throughout, writing several chapters in toto. 11 Nov. 1942."
