Old Man shading his Eyes with this Hand
etching and drypoint, circa 1639, on laid paper, partial watermark Arms of Amsterdam (Hinterding D-d-a), a very fine impression, printing with much selectively wiped tone and inky plate edges, with small margins
Plate 137 x 115 mm.
Sheet 143 x 120 mm.

Unidentified, brown oval stamp verso (not in Lugt).
