Lot Essay

Over the course of the Nile Rodgers Hitmaker project Fender worked tirelessly to replicated his legendary Stratocaster. Of the many prototypes produced and sent, both Rodgers and his guitar technician, Ralph Legnini, described this guitar as the prototype that accurately mirrored the weight, feel, and contours of his 1960 Fender Stratocaster dubbed The Hitmaker. Please see Lot 1.
