Chancery quarto (200 x 137mm). 153 leaves, with blank b10. 3- and 9-line initial spaces with printed guide-letters, printer's device B at end (very faint marginal dampstain, tiny wormtrack in title, small marginal hole in last leaf). Contemporary blue-dyed deerskin over pasteboard, upper cover stamped ‘L C V’ of Villingen Franciscans, remains of 4 ties, later paper spine labels (very rubbed, repaired at head and foot of spine); modern folding box. Provenance: Villingen, Franciscan convent (title inscription, binding) – Donaueschingen, Court Library (sale Sotheby’s, 1 July 1994, lot 42).
