CIRCA 1760
Tapering rectangular case of grey agate, with domed top and base, stamped and pierced gold cagework mounts decorated with reeded scrolls, foliage, flowerheads and rocaille, fitted with diamond push-button and suspension ring, later modified as a cigarette lighter
