A Victorian four-piece tea service
of tapering shaped oblong form and on conforming bases, each with a moulded rim and bracket handle, bright-cut with stylised flowers and foliage and with erased cartouches, the teapot with tapering angular spout and flattened rising hinged cover with shaped oblong finial, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, Henry Archer, Sheffield 1891, each also with a patent registration number - height of teapot 5½in. (14cm.), 35oz.
