A CARVED AMETHYST SNUFF BOTTLE
1760-1850
Of flattened, rounded rectangular form, the bottle is carved in low relief on the narrow sides with mask and elongated fixed-ring handles, with scattered markings overall in the stone resembling sea spray.
2 7⁄16 in. (6.2 cm.) high, glass stopper
