Octavo. Half-title (some toning, one fold unopened). Original blindstamped green cloth, gilt lettering on spine, pale-yellow coated endpapers (minor staining, hinge repaired, sunned spine). Provenance: Kenneth H.M. Connal (bookplate; his sale, Sotheby’s 24 November 1921, lot 449) - Alain de Suzannet, 1882-1950 (bookplate; his sale, Sotheby’s 22 November 1971, lot 113) - sold Christie’s East, 21 February 1996 lot 78.
