With incredible solid platinum case and bracelet, this special 40th Anniversary Nautilus was launched in September 2016 along with the less limited oversized white gold Nautilus chronograph reference 5976⁄1G. The blue sunburst dial is adorned with perfectly matched baguette diamonds for the hour indexes with a total weight of 0.34 carats and is furthermore stamped with the 40th Anniversary inscription “40 - 1976-2016”. For the 40th anniversary Nautilus, Patek Philippe revived the famous and much appreciated cork presentation box in homage to the first ever stainless steel Nautilus, reference 3700⁄1.
