Reference 5270
Introduced at Basel World in 2011, reference 5270 was an addition to the legendary Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronograph family starting with the reference 1518 from 1941. With a thinner case and a 1 mm. increase in diameter over its predecessor (ref. 5970) the 5270 wears quite differently from previous Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronographs.
