Dosage 4.5g/l. Disgorged April 2021. 61% Pinot Noir & 39% Chardonnay. Very intense aromatics leap from the glass; floral notes of jasmine, peach and apricot with subtle vanilla pod, cinnamon and nutmeg nuances. Full bodied, creamy texture with delicate fine mousse. Powerful and intense with vibrant acidity and flavours of red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrants overlaid with piercing lime. Supremely well balanced with a very long persistence combining generosity of fruit with precision and definition. Now-2050. Tasted 23 March 2022. Tim Triptree MW
