Released in 2006, the Patek Philippe Reference 5130 World Time is a fantastic wristwatch for world travelers. Featuring 24 cities, the large text and concise dial allows for greater legibility while on the wrist. Much of this is due to the increase in case size at 39.5mm, opposed to predecessor Patek Philippe Reference 5110 at 37mm.
The timepiece is powered by inhouse Caliber 240/228 which features a 22k yellow gold micro-rotor to help the watch remain slim, while maintaining automatic winding capabilities. The movement features hand finished Côtes de Genève and anglage beveling that demonstrate the master craftsmanship Patek Philippe watchmakers achieve in their timepieces.
