Green paper, 1968-1972, signed in black ink on the justification page, stamp-numbered 22/40 (there were also eight artist's proofs), published by Universal Limited Art Editions, West Islip, New York, with their blindstamps and the artist's ink stamps, 1972, each the full sheet, in good condition, together with the original formica-covered wood and Plexiglas box with brass hardware
