The annual calendar includes the patented instantaneous digital display of day, date and months arranged along the arc of a circle, which is a feature shared with the very rare ‘Grande Complication’ reference 5207 of 2008.

In 2022, Patek Philippe revisited the 5205 model and released the present version with a ravishing Olive green sunburst dial with black-gradient edge and faceted gold applied hour markers.
