Rectangular vari-coloured moss agate box mounted in burnished and matt gold cagework, chased and pierced with asymmetrical rocailles and floral swags, the borders with wavy reed, the thumbpiece set with diamond and rubies flowerheads, engraved on flange with IN GRATEFUL REMEMBRANCE, with later emerald green leather case
