Frontispiece photograph of Gershwin, photograph of Gershwin’s hands, 18 full-page colour illustrations by Constantin Alajalov, includes the 8-page printed piano score Mischa, Yascha, Toscha, Sascha, loosely inserted in a pocket at back endpaper and often lacking. Original dark blue morocco gilt (wear to spine ends, joints and extremities).
