the hood with swan neck pediment and inset glazed painted panels, brass pineapple finials, outset fluted columns, the wavy top trunk door flanked by pilasters, with panel to the plinth on bracket feet, the white painted dial with rolling moon in the arch, floral spandrels, with subsidiary seconds ring and calendar aperture to the centre, signed Jos.h Walker Nantwich, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement -- 89in.
