Of baluster form on stepped spreading circular base, the stepped domed cover with scroll thumbpiece, with double-scroll handle with cartouche-form terminal engraved with script monogram HM, marked on underside Howell in a shape, and with scratch weights 33 7dwt twice and 33 9dwt
