A LARGE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN JARDINIÈRE

The jardinière is decorated with a continuous scene of travelers wandering in an extensively detailed landscape including pavilions connected by bridges above a river, all above a stylized floral band and beneath a ruyi band with flowering prunus, which is repeated on the top of the flat rim.
17 ½ in. (44.5 cm.) diam.
