Hand weaved by Yvette Cauquil-Prince based on a painting by Fernand Léger: Les quatre cyclistes (Les belles cyclistes) (1943-1948), with Georges Bauquier's approval and under his control; this example numbered H.C.

Private collection, France, by whom commissioned from the artist's estate, and thence by descent to the present owner.
