of moulded circular form and on a rounded square base with ball feet, the bowl bright-cut with a frieze of flowers, foliage, trelliswork and wrigglework, one side also engraved with a monogram within a shield-shaped cartouche surrounded by foliage, Hugh Wishart, New York probably circa 1790 - 6¾in.
