Circular with engine-turned surfaces engraved with flowerheads and overlapping circles, with chased borders of husks and scrolling foliage, the cover centered by a roundel chased with a flowering urn, marked on interior cover, base, and side with date letter P, maker's mark, and charge mark, the flange with decharge, the base stamped 306, the flange further marked with 1838 restricted warranty twice, also marked on flange and interior cover with later Russian 18K gold import mark for Moscow post 1908
