the complete artist's book comprising one etching, one drypoint and one drypoint with etching, on Van Gelder laid paper, 1914, signed in blue ink by the artist and the author on the justification page, number 45 from the edition of 85 on this paper (there was also an edition of fifteen on Japon paper), published by Daniel Henry Kahnweiler, Paris, the text pages bound (as issued), with the title page text in black and red (with vignette after a woodcut by André Derain), text in French, and justification pages, each with margins, with the original paper covers and slipcase, the three prints removed from the original binding and loose
