NOTE:
The collector’s seal belonged to Zhang Chilang, owner of Guxiangzhai Studio, a renowned Hong Kong seal carver and collector. His grandfather, Zhang Fengsan was a celebrated epigrapher in Guangdong during the late Qing dynasty. Zhang Chilang maintained close relations with Zhang Daqian and Pu Ru, and he also possessed an extensive collection of classical and modern works by famous artists.
