Fully confirmed by the Certificate of Origin with ‘fond glacé ivoire, heures saphirs’ this beautiful white gold example of Patek Philippe's now iconic Calatrava with ‘Clous de Paris’ or ‘Hobnail’ bezel is, to the best of our knowledge, only the third specimen of reference 3802/200G-001 with sapphire hour markers to appear at auction. Famous for its classic dress style, combining the intricate textures of the hobnail bezel with a clean, legible dial, the reference usually features black Roman numerals rather than sapphire or gem-set hour markers. The watch is powered by the caliber 315 SC automatic movement, the same caliber used in the first series 30th anniversary Nautilus reference 5711/1A.
