Square, the carved nephrite body centering an opalescent white guilloché enamel dial inscribed 'Fabergé', with Arabic chapters and pierced gold hands, within a rose-cut diamond-set rim, the silver back-plate with hand-set and scroll strut, marked on the back and strut with ‘Fabergé’ in Cyrillic and workmaster’s initials

Acquired by Matilda Geddings Gray (1885-1971) from Hammer Galleries, New York, in the late 1940s / early 1950s.
