Rectangular with rounded corners, spot-hammered overall, the hinged cover applied with an Imperial double-headed eagle set with rose-cut diamonds, with cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, marked inside cover, base and on thumbpiece with workmaster’s initials; in the original fitted red leather Imperial presentation case
