a very fine, dark impression of the first state (of two)
printing very richly, with intense contrasts and great depth
trimmed to or on the borderline above and below, inside the borderline or subject elsewhere
a vertical, very skilfully repaired paper split at left, some minor stains and surface dirt
generally in good condition
