incised with the artist's initials and date 'YK 62' (on the reverse of the proper right wing); numbered '30A/175' (on the reverse of the figure); numbered again '30A/175' (on the underside)
dry pigment and synthetic resin on plaster, with metal and stone base
20 1⁄8 x 10 ¼ x 11 3⁄8 in. (51.1 x 25.9 x 28.7 cm.)
Conceived in 1962 and executed in 1973. This work is number 30A from an edition of 175 in plaster, plus twenty-five plaster Hors Commerce, twenty-five resin artist's proofs, and three in resin specially conceived for the Opéra Bastille in Paris.
