Compare to a similar bowl in the Taipei Palace Museum Collection, but further decorated with anhua phoenixes on the interior, illustrated in Catalogue of the Special Exhibition of Ch’eng-hua Porcelain Ware, Taipei, 2003, pl.no.9. Compare also a Chenghua blue and white bowl in the Taipei Palace Museum Collection, decorated also with phoenixes, but different in composition, accession number: guci 007243N.
