Lot Essay

The Ref. 5027 is a rare and elegant Calatrava from the mid-1990s, produced in a very small series. Only a handful of examples have appeared at auction since its launch.
The present example features a platinum case set with 48 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel and lugs, while the white dial is adorned with baguette and single-cut diamond hour markers. Inside beats the Calibre 215, a slim manual-winding movement bearing the Geneva Seal. This reference rarely comes to auction, making it a distinguished addition to any collection of fine Patek Philippe dress watches.
