the former of oblong form and with foliate borders, moiré satin interior and chain with ring attached, one side engraved with ribbon, floral and foliate swags, a vacant cartouche beneath, marks indistinct, Birmingham - 3¾in. (9.50cm.), the latter of fluted oblong form, the domed hinged cover and the base each die-stamped with 18th Century style figures, bearing import marks for Sheffield 1898 - 2¼in. (5.75cm.) (2)
