Major M.H.B. Nethersole DSO three pilots log books and a pilots licence issued at New Delhi in 1940 relating to the career of this military and civil pilot.
Log book number 1: Opened in 1915 and covering pilot training, mostly on Avro 504's but including Bleriot's and progressing to operational flying on BE2C's during 1915 and 1916 and Bristol's, Nieuport's, DH5's, Sopwith Camel's and Pup's;
Log book number 2: Opened September 4th 1918 and continuing with same aircraft types but also including DH9's and concluding with the last military flight on 11th March 1919;
Log book number 3: Opened 3rd September 1940 and covering DH60's and Taylor Cub's flown from Lucknow in India (4)
