A Japanese black lacquer zushi decorated in hiramakie with a Minamoto and Asahina Saburo mon, the gilt interior fitted with a carved and painted model of a standing multi-armed Buddhist figure on the back of a mythical turtle, flanked by two figures painted to the doors -- 4¼in (10.8cm) high, (slight damages).
