A Chinese blue and white sauceboat of oval form with twin handles, painted to the interior with sprays of peonies, lotus, blossoming prunus and precious objects, the exterior with scattered flowersprays interspersed with stylised foliate bands to the spouts -- 8¾in. (22.2cm) long; and a blue and white gu vase with panels of ladies at leisure on terraces and jardinieres of flowers -- 10½in. (26.7cm) high, both 18th century. (2)
